I would like to invite you to our 8th year of the floorball tournament taking place from Friday, May 21 to Sunday, May 23, 2010 in Brno.
In the past years, the men’s tournament has won high repute as the best among rather small tournaments in the Czech Republic. The tournament is „rather small“ since we do not try to compete with events like Czech Open, but we want to be their complement. We regularly welcome players from all extraleague teams as well as players playing abroad to meet their friends from lower divisions and play in mixed teams. Only in our tournament guys from regional divisions can play together with or against national team players.

Last year, the women’s part of the tournament featured all women’s extraleague teams, except for two, and top teams from the first division. Participation of the Hungarian floorball national team, who included the tournament in their schedule when preparing for the Women’s World Championship, was the real icing on the cake. The winner of the tournament was surprising too. ELITE Praha beat the three years unbeaten champions Herbadent Tigers SJM 1:0. This year we hope to welcome all the nine extraleague teams and some other participants from abroad.

Not only top floorball, but above all the special atmosphere is what the tournament is about. The traditional big tent with refreshments will be located right in front of the hall, and on Saturday evening, like every year, a huge floorball party will take place in the biggest club in Brno.
