Prizes:
Winner of the men’s category will receive a financial prize of 15,000 CZK.
Second team of the men’s category will receive a financial prize of 3,500 CZK.
The team on the 3rd place will receive material prizes.
Winner of the „Second chance“ will receive material prizes.
Winner of the women’s category will receive a financial prize of 15,000 CZK.
Second team of the women’s category will receive a financial prize of 3,500 CZK.
The team on the 3rd place will receive material prizes.
Cups and material prizes will be ensured for the winners of each category. Best individual performances will also be announced and rewarded.
Registrations:
You can register for the tournament via the form at our website or you can send your registrations to the email address cup@florbal.com. The registration must include team name, category (men, women), contact person + contact (email address and mobile phone number, and a website, if any).
The team registration is valid only upon payment of the registration fee. In case of non-payment of the registration fee by 30.4.2010 the team is automatically eliminated and replaced by a substitute. If a registered team withdraws from the tournament after 1.5.2010, the registration fee will not be returned.
Registration fee:
3,500 CZK per team (3,000 CZK per team only if paid by 15.3.2010)
Plus a fee of 120 CZK per each team member.
The registration fee includes a tournament T-shirt FREE OF CHARGE, entry to the tournament after-party, identification wristband, entry to all tournament games. Fees for the wristbands have to be paid by 30.4.2010 at the latest. Payment of the wristband fee is obligatory.

Programme:
Friday 21.5. (from 18:00) – preliminary group games
Saturday 22.5. – preliminary group games, round of 16 play-off games, games by teams that finished 3rd/4th in the group stage
Sunday 23.5. (until 16:00 approximately) – final ranking games in the play-off stage and in the „Second chance“
Tournament system:
The teams will be divided into groups by 4 played in the round robin system. First two teams of each group will qualify for the play-off stage. Teams on the 3rd and 4th place will play a game to qualify for the „Second chance“ stage. The „Second chance“ is a new feature of this year’s tournament. Only winners of the games between the teams on the 3rd and 4th positions in the groups, and losers of the play-off round-of-16 games will qualify for the „Second chance“ in the men’s category.
Only teams on the 3rd and 4th positions in the groups will qualify for the „Second chance“ in the women’s category. All teams are guaranteed to play at least 4 games.
Group tie-breaking procedures:
a) points won
b) result of mutual games between the tied teams
c) goal difference in the mutual games
d) goal ratio in the mutual games
e) goal difference in all games
f) goal ratio in all games
g) draw
Play-off promoting procedures:
1) a game has to end with a victory of one of the teams; if the regulation does not decide, one series of five penalty shots (per team) will be taken
2) if still not decided, the penalty shoot-out will continue until the game is decided, according to the rules of the Czech Floorball Union
3) the third place will be awarded to the team that wins a penalty shoot-out according to the above-stated rules; the 3rd place penalty shoot-out will take place in the break before the final game
„Second chance“ promoting procedures:
1) a game has to end with a victory of one of the teams; if the regulation does not decide, one series of three penalty shots (per team) will be taken
2) if still not decided, the penalty shoot-out will continue until the game is decided, according to the rules of the Czech Floorball Union
3) there is no 3rd place game
Regulation time in the group stage and play-offs:
Games consist of 2 periods per 15 minutes with only a short half-time break, according to the rules of the Czech Floorball Union. Teams have to be ready for their game right after the end of the previous match. During the games the time will not be stopped (not even in case of goals, penalties etc.); stop clock will be used only in the last minute of the game. Time-out is not allowed in the preliminary group games.
Regulation time in the „Second chance“:
Games consist of 2 periods per 10 minutes with only a short half-time break, according to the rules of the Czech Floorball Union. Teams have to be ready for their game right after the end of the previous match. During the games the time will not be stopped (not even in case of goals, penalties etc.); stop clock will be used only in the last minute of the game. No time-out is allowed.
Referees:
Referees (with the Czech Floorball Union licence) will be ensured by the organizer.
Protests:
Protests have to be submitted within one hour from the end of the game at the latest, and will be dealt with upon payment of 500 CZK by a committee of three members: member of the tournament organization team, president or authorized representative of the club TJ Sokol Brno Židenice, and one referee from particular game. If the protest is rejected, the fee will not be returned. The committee’s decision is definitive. In-game situations are fully within the competence of the referees of the game.
Notice:
All players participate in the tournament at their own risk and the organizer shall not be responsible for any potential damage or injury. The organizer shall not be liable for any lost personal belongings during the tournament.
